TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving services from [Your Business Name] ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "your", "the client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies made available to you. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with any booking or treatment.
2. Services Provided
We provide mobile intravenous (IV) therapy, which includes hydration, vitamins, and wellness-based infusions delivered to your home, office, or location of choice (within NSW). All treatments are administered by qualified registered nurses under the guidance of a licensed healthcare practitioner.
3. Eligibility and Consent
To receive services, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Provide accurate medical history and disclose any conditions, allergies, or medications
Complete and sign an informed consent and medical intake form before treatment
Acknowledge that the treatment is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe the treatment is not safe or appropriate based on your health information.
4. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings: Can be made online, by phone, or via our booking platform. A confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.
Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $100.
No-shows: Will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds once treatment has been administered unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
If we need to cancel your appointment due to weather, safety, or staff availability, Recovr will reschedule or provide a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payments
Our treatment pricing ranges between $349 and $600 AUD, inclusive of standard travel fees within service zones. Final prices may vary depending on the selected treatment, service duration, custom ingredients, and location-specific logistics.
RECOVR NOW services are transparently priced within this range and will be clearly disclosed during the booking process.
RECOVR BLACK services are tailored per client and not publicly itemized. These premium sessions include enhanced service delivery, custom formulation, and priority access - exact pricing is confirmed upon consultation.
All payments must be made via approved methods (including card or direct transfer) prior to or at the time of service. Additional fees may apply; however, you will be fully informed of any such charges prior to the commencement of service.
We do not offer rebates via Medicare or private health insurance.
6. Health and Safety
All procedures follow infection control protocols and nursing best practices.
Equipment used is sterile and single-use.
If adverse reactions occur during treatment, the nurse may cease the session and refer you to emergency care.
By proceeding, you acknowledge the inherent risks of IV therapy, including bruising, discomfort, infection, and allergic reactions.
7. Liability Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of our services, except where caused by our proven negligence.
You assume all risks associated with receiving IV therapy, and agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
8. Privacy
Your personal and health information is collected and handled in accordance with our and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We take all reasonable steps to protect your data.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials provided by us - including our logo, website content, treatment information - are the intellectual property of RECOVR Group Pty Ltd and may not be copied or used without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
